What We Do

Our goal at the Modesto Grappling Club is to offer competitive classes in Grappling, in a fun, safe and friendly environment.  Grappling, also known as Submission Wrestling, is a mixture of various wrestling styles (Collegiate Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Sombo).  The goal of the sport is to obtain a submission hold on your opponent using such techniques as chokes, arm-bars, leg-locks, etc.

Class Schedule

Where: Beyer H.S. Wrestling Room

When: Tuesday & Thursday

Mixed Martial Arts: 5:30-6:00 p.m.

Grappling/Wrestling: 6:15-7:45

Summer Schedule:

 June-August 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Evening classes are not offered during the summer months.
